Integrate all of PepsiCo’s business units into a multi-category display system: Sabritas (Salted), Sonric’s (Sweet), Gamesa (Cookies), Quaker (Healthy snacks).
Improve the display of the product through better practices:
• New releases must be shown at a middle height of the display on special trays.
• The same system ought to work for all types of distribution channels: convenience stores, islands, small stores and supermarket shelves.
• LED light systems at the top and on trays devoted to product novelties.
